What if peptide purity is below 99%?

UAEPEP’s lyophilised peptide release standard is HPLC-UV purity of 99% or higher. If a confirmed lot falls below 99%, email support@uaepep.ae with your order reference and batch code for a 100% replacement or full refund. Research waters use a separate QC panel and are not covered by this HPLC purity guarantee.

How does UAEPEP test each batch?

Batches are verified through UAEPEP’s local laboratory golden-standard checks and independent international laboratory testing. Depending on quantity, a batch typically receives three to four analytical verification passes before release. Public COAs summarise release status; the full third-party laboratory COA is available after a confirmed order.

Yes. After your order is confirmed, email support@uaepep.ae with your order reference to request the full third-party laboratory COA for that batch. We withhold complete laboratory certificates from open public download to stop fraudulent companies from misusing UAEPEP documentation.

How do kit discounts work?

Eligible peptides offer 1 Vial, 2 Vials, Half-Kit (5 vials), and Full Kit (10 vials). Savings are about 10%, 20%, and 30% on multi-vial packs. The pack total updates automatically when you select it — no coupon needed.

Can I track my order in the UAE?

Yes. After checkout you receive an order reference (for example UAEPEP-123456). Open Track Order, enter that reference plus the email or phone used at checkout, and view received → confirmed → preparing → shipped → delivered status. Orders are stored server-side so you can track from another device.

How does UAE shipping work?

Unopened research products may be reviewed for return under the conditions on our Returns page. Checkout offers cash on delivery, or a request for Tamara / card / bank transfer. If you choose Tamara or transfer, we message you with payment details after the order is received — nothing is charged on the page. A merchandise minimum of AED 150 applies. Order totals follow the invoice.

Why does the cart suggest BAC Water 3ml?

If your cart has a research peptide and no bacteriostatic water, UAEPEP suggests BAC Water 3ml at 10% off. The discount applies only when a peptide and the 3ml water line are on the same order. It is a laboratory pairing prompt — not a reconstitution protocol or medical instruction. Choose Sterile Water instead if that is what your SOP specifies.

Is UAEPEP a compounding pharmacy?

No. UAEPEP is a research catalogue for laboratory materials — not a compounding pharmacy and not a clinic. Compounded peptides and research-labelled peptides are different intended uses. Read the comparison if your purchasing team has only seen clinic pages.

Are research peptides legal in the UAE?

Accepted Answer

There is no official public sentence that approves or bans every research-labelled peptide. Medical-product rules sit under Federal Decree-Law No. (38) of 2024 and selected EDE services. A research-use label is intended use, not a marketing authorisation. UAEPEP is a research catalogue, not a pharmacy. Read the regulatory overview — it is not legal advice.

No. They are UAEPEP customer reviews of packaging, UAE delivery, and the storefront — not Google reviews and not medical results. Each product page only shows that product’s reviews, and the structured data matches what you can read on the page.

Who are the research peptide suppliers in the UAE?

Accepted Answer

UAEPEP’s editorial directory lists documented storefronts a purchase order can survive: VaultLabs #1, UAEPEP #2, Peptidic #3, through to NOVA Labs #7 because that shop does not publish a legal entity. International catalogues are listed separately — they are not UAE sellers. It is not a government ranking.

Yes. The research peptide calculator converts a labelled vial mass and a diluent volume you already chose into mcg/mL, withdrawal mL, microlitres, and U-100 marks. It also splits labelled blends and can reverse the diluent for a target concentration. It is a laboratory SOP record tool — not a dosing or reconstitution protocol.
