Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) are issued by UAEPEP FOR LABORATORIES CHEMICALS TRADING LLC (“UAEPEP”, “we”, “us”), a licensed laboratory chemicals trading company based at Dubai Science Park, Dubai, United Arab Emirates, operating the research catalogue at uaepep.ae.

All products are supplied strictly for laboratory research use. They are not medicines, food, cosmetics, dietary supplements, or veterinary products. Nothing on the site is medical advice, a diagnosis, a treatment claim, or a dosing instruction. You must not use products in humans or animals. Checkout requires you to confirm this intended use.

By ordering you confirm you are at least 18 years old and authorised to purchase research materials for a legitimate laboratory or research purpose in accordance with applicable law. We may refuse or cancel orders that appear intended for human or veterinary use, or that otherwise breach these Terms.

Prices are in AED and may change before order acceptance. Catalogue prices are exclusive of VAT. UAE VAT at 5% is added at checkout on merchandise plus delivery and appears on the invoice. Pack and kit totals shown at selection apply to that line before VAT. Stock and strengths may be limited; we may cancel and refund if an item cannot be fulfilled. Catalogue copy, photography, and identifiers are for research procurement — they are not a guarantee of any experimental outcome.

When a cart contains at least one research peptide and BAC Water 3ml, a 10% discount applies to the BAC Water 3ml line only. The offer does not apply to water-only carts, to other volumes, or after we accept an order that did not include a qualifying peptide. Offers may be withdrawn or adjusted by posting updated Terms or on-site pricing. The suggestion to add bacteriostatic water is a laboratory pairing prompt — not a reconstitution protocol or medical instruction.

Submitting checkout is an order request, not automatic acceptance. A contract forms when we confirm the order by email or begin fulfilment. We may decline orders that appear non-compliant with research-use rules, that fail address or identity checks, or that we cannot fulfil. A merchandise minimum of AED 150 applies before an order can be placed.

Available methods are cash on delivery and a request for Tamara / card / bank transfer. Tamara, card, or bank details are sent after order review — nothing is charged on the website and we do not collect payment-card numbers on uaepep.ae. Choosing Tamara is a request that we message you a payment path; it is not an instant on-page instalment checkout and does not create a consumer-credit agreement on this website. Unpaid COD refusals without valid grounds may incur logistics costs where permitted.

Delivery is within the UAE unless otherwise agreed in writing. Timing estimates are not guarantees. Risk passes on delivery to the address you provided (or to a person accepting on your behalf). Refrigerate unopened lyophilised vials at 2–8°C on receipt unless the product page states otherwise. We are not responsible for quality after confirmed delivery if a parcel is left unattended in heat. See the Shipping Policy.

Inspect parcels on arrival. Returns and refunds follow the Returns Policy, including the 7-day change-of-mind window for unopened goods (approval is not automatic) and the lyophilised-peptide HPLC purity standard. Contact support@uaepep.ae with your order reference before returning any goods.

Public COAs on uaepep.ae are lot-linked UAEPEP Quality Documentation release summaries for research purchasing. They are not a licence for clinical use. Full third-party laboratory COAs are provided after a confirmed order upon request, to prevent fraudulent misuse of UAEPEP documentation. Verify batch codes before ordering. Lyophilised peptide lots are released against a ≥99% HPLC purity standard with replacement or refund if a confirmed lot falls below that bar.

Site content, branding, and product photography are owned by UAEPEP or its licensors. You may not copy catalogue assets for resale, counterfeit listings, or misleading commercial use without permission.

You must not misuse the site, attempt unauthorised access, scrape in a way that harms service integrity, upload malware, or use the catalogue to facilitate unlawful activity, human use, or veterinary use. Automated harvesting of prices or COAs for resale of counterfeit documents is prohibited.

Except as required by applicable UAE law, products and the site are provided as described for research procurement. We do not warrant fitness for any particular experimental outcome, protocol, or result. Product pages do not authorise reconstitution methods, concentrations, or administration.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, UAEPEP is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from site use, delayed delivery, or product handling after delivery — including loss of research time, protocol delay, or data. Our aggregate liability for a confirmed order is limited to the amount paid for that order.

You agree to indemnify UAEPEP against claims arising from your misuse of products, human or veterinary use, breach of these Terms, or unlawful use of research materials.

Personal data is handled under our Privacy Policy.

The Shipping Policy, Returns Policy, and Privacy Policy form part of these Terms for orders placed on uaepep.ae.

We may update these Terms by posting a new version on uaepep.ae. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms for new orders.

If a provision is held unenforceable, the remainder stays in force. These Terms, together with the policies named above and the order confirmation, are the entire agreement for catalogue purchases and replace prior informal statements.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applicable in the Emirate of Dubai. Courts of Dubai have non-exclusive jurisdiction.
