Shipping Policy

We currently fulfil orders for delivery inside the United Arab Emirates. International shipping is not offered unless we expressly confirm it in writing for a specific order.

Orders are usually prepared within 1–2 business days after confirmation (Sunday–Thursday, 10:00–18:00 GST). Peak demand, stock checks, or payment verification may add time. You will receive tracking details when the parcel is handed to the courier.

At checkout you choose a delivery speed:

Next-day (AED 40): Dubai addresses only — next business day.

Standard (AED 30): 2–3 business days UAE-wide — available in every emirate.

Same-day delivery is not offered. Estimates are not guarantees. Remote areas may take longer. Peak demand, stock checks, or payment verification may affect dispatch timing.

A merchandise minimum of AED 150 applies before an order can be placed. Delivery fees are shown at checkout for the speed you select (AED 30 / 40). Free UAE delivery applies — and the shipping fee is waived — on qualifying merchandise totals of AED 600 or more, unless otherwise stated at checkout. Promotional line discounts (including the BAC Water 3ml reconstitution offer) reduce merchandise before the free-delivery threshold is tested. Catalogue prices are exclusive of VAT. UAE VAT at 5% is added on every order to merchandise plus delivery and is shown at checkout and on the invoice.

Provide a complete delivery address, building/villa details, and a reachable UAE mobile number. Failed delivery caused by incorrect details may require re-delivery fees or order cancellation.

Lyophilised research vials are packed for UAE courier handling. Refrigerate unopened vials at 2–8°C on receipt unless the product page states otherwise. We are not responsible for product quality after confirmed delivery if the parcel is left unattended in heat.

Checkout offers cash on delivery, or a request for Tamara / card / bank transfer. Tamara, card, or bank details are sent after order review — nothing is charged on the website and we do not collect card numbers on uaepep.ae. Choosing Tamara is a request to pay later through a path we message to you; it is not an instant on-page instalment checkout and does not create a consumer-credit agreement on this website. The courier may require ID or a signature for cash on delivery. If COD payment is refused without a valid reason under our Returns Policy, reasonable logistics costs may be charged where permitted.

Risk in the goods passes on delivery to the address you provided (or to a person accepting on your behalf). Title passes when payment is received in full.

We are not liable for delays caused by courier networks, weather, customs (if ever applicable), public holidays, or events outside our reasonable control. Contact support if your tracking stalls for more than two business days after the expected window.
