What if peptide purity is below 99%?

UAEPEP’s lyophilised peptide release standard is HPLC-UV purity of 99% or higher. If a confirmed lot falls below 99%, email support@uaepep.ae with your order reference and batch code for a 100% replacement or full refund. Research waters use a separate QC panel and are not covered by this HPLC purity guarantee.

How does UAEPEP test each batch?

Batches are verified through UAEPEP’s local laboratory golden-standard checks and independent international laboratory testing. Depending on quantity, a batch typically receives three to four analytical verification passes before release. Public COAs summarise release status; the full third-party laboratory COA is available after a confirmed order.

Can I get the full laboratory COA?

Yes. After your order is confirmed, email support@uaepep.ae with your order reference to request the full third-party laboratory COA for that batch. We withhold complete laboratory certificates from open public download to stop fraudulent companies from misusing UAEPEP documentation.

How do kit discounts work?

Eligible peptides offer 1 Vial, 2 Vials, Half-Kit (5 vials), and Full Kit (10 vials). Savings are about 10%, 20%, and 30% on multi-vial packs. The pack total updates automatically when you select it — no coupon needed.

Can I track my order in the UAE?

Yes. After checkout you receive an order reference (for example UAEPEP-123456). Open Track Order, enter that reference plus the email or phone used at checkout, and view received → confirmed → preparing → shipped → delivered status. Orders are stored server-side so you can track from another device.

How does UAE shipping work?
